   This is a good video that will help women become orgasmic if they follow the steps that are in it. It is a bit outdated and my husband and I especially were distracted by the 80′s clothes. I thought it was good that they used an ordinary woman, not a porn star or super model for this video. I think the video would be more beneficial in combination with the book. For those who do not believe in masterbation, this is not the video for you unless you can get passed that and keep an open mind. I found this video beneficial to see that other women may have the same issues and same hang ups about being a sexual being (ie. religion).

   This video does follow a couple that is having sexual issues because the woman is sexually frustrated and hasn’t ever reached orgasm. Through some of the exercises she is to look at her body, decide what she likes and doesn’t like, contemplate how religion and parents have shaped how she feels about sex, and then she goes through some exercises to explore her body. While going through these exercises you can hear her thought which I felt were helpful because I would probably think the same things.

   Overall it is a decent video I just felt that it only touched lightly and too lightly on the religious aspect of a persons make-up and feelings about sexuality and what they feel is right or wrong. If you aren’t religious this won’t bother you. If you are suffering from difficulty reaching orgasm I recommend this video, try the exercises and keep and open mind.

   After 24 years as a marriage counselor, AASECT certified sex therapist, and online sexuality coach…I found this video to be the best yet for helping women understand and enjoy their sexuality. The real people on the video are an actual loving couple, so there is nothing prurient or porno about the film. Using this video and the companion book of the same name, my women clients have become less inhibited, more relaxed and sensual. Some were already orgasmic but sexually avoidant — the story helped them learn how to talk about sex with their husbands. I highly recommend this video!

   I imagine the book Becoming Orgasmic might be pretty good & actually helpful. It seemed like it had some good ideas from what I could tell as the actress on the video read it outloud. This video consisted of watching a couple go through the processes / exercises in the book – listening to her thoughts, and watching her complete the exercises. It wasn’t very helpful at all, especially since it couldn’t include all the tips or instructions given in the book. I’m not really sure what I was suppose to get out of it. It might be slightly benefical if you also ordered the book but I doubt it.

   Also the book and video are geared towards women who have never had an organism. If you are even slightly orgasmic these will not be of any value to you.

   If you have NEVER or have absolutly no idea how to have a female orgasm, this DVD can help you. If you do not know what a clitoris is………..you need this DVD. I can say it is tastefully done, though dated, early 1990′s, felt awkward in places, like I was a voyeur in a loving couple’s relationship……….This was difficult for me to judge, because I am far past this stage.

   I discovered this DVD having excitedly read the book, Expanded Orgasm, and discovered the most wonderful way for a man and woman to communicate and explore and enjoy each other ….. I can wholeheartedly recommend this DVD, it is WONDERFUL, and it holds out the promise that relationships can be revitalized and re-energized in ways that you might never have expected or even hoped for ….. IF the rating system had TEN STARS, this would earn a TWELVE!!! Order the DVD AND the book!

   Several unique elements differentiate Dr. Patti Taylor’s video demonstration
   on how to attain extended/expanded orgasm over others that purport
   to show how to attain such a state. First is the loving rapport between
   Patti and her partner Jim. Their caring for each other is palpable, which places them far above the glassy eyed “mutual masturbation zombie” look that characterizes participants on some of the other demonstration videos I had to endure while researching my book, Eros Ascending. The verbal and visual instruction is clear, lucid and fluid and the viewer feels warmly invited to witness the extraordinary capability of Patti to blend the physiological aspects of a heightened orgasmic states with ecstatic awareness of a higher consciousness in a samadhi like experience. Above all, her sense of innocence, playfulness and sheer joy in experiencing such a deep blend of physiological, emotional and spiritual bliss produces in the viewer a sense of wholeness that makes one feel clean and good, which is what all sexuality should do, but unfortunately seldom does.
   I heartily endorse this video to all couples who wish to take their sexuality to the next level. Highest recommendation

   Dr. Patti’s work is truly revolutionary. By following the information in “Expand Her Orgasm Tonight” my wife and I fell in love with each other all over again. We’ve been married for 16 years and it feels like we are newlyweds. That old saying “Happy wife, happy life” is so true… and when you are consistently giving your wife expanded orgasms she will be very, very happy!
