Flamenco Made Easy offers a casual but informative delivery of HOW TO flamenco information. I consider my self a novice Flamenco player with an overall intermediate level of guitar playing capability (mostly country & rock). I found the instruction easy to follow, and for additional content, they offer a free internet site you can use as well. I haven’t looked into that yet. This DVD will have you sounding like a Flamenco Pro in no time. Definitely recommend it – a Must Buy!! As always, THANKS for reading my reviews and be well. The WebbMan

This is a wonderful DVD to get a taste of some of the technical aspects of Flamenco in a very informal setting. I liked it so much that I am venturing deeper into other products and DVD’s like Juan Martin’s. To me, these are apples and oranges and Sedlak’s DVD cannot be compared to those introduced by Mel Bay and some of the other music companies out there. This is a quick start for those who have some guitar chops already.
I have been playing guitar for over 20 years but am totally self-taught and do not come from a classical background. This is new territory for me but it is fun and Charles Sedlak makes a seemingly very intimidating genre of music fun and approachable.
I am thankful for that and thankful for the chance to have begun a new journey with his DVD. I would love to meet him … he seems that cool and easy going. Thanks Charles!
its a fantastic intro to flamenco,,easy to follow,,he does it slowly then speeds up so you can see the end effect,,uses the same chords so you practice technique and bundles it up so you can see the whole picture,,,plus there are a few songs to learn..excellent
I’ve played guitar for years, but never studied Flamenco. Based on the other reviews here I decided to try out this DVD. I’m very glad I did. With a little practice you can learn some very basic Flamenco and add a little spice to your guitar playing. This is a great place to start on Flamenco guitar playing.
this guy does not play flamenco is terrible is very very bad this video
Arrived on time as described I would use this seller again and would recommend this seller to a friend.
Initially, I found this video in the library, and after viewing it a couple of times, I knew I had to have my own copy, so I ordered it through Amazon. Before he saw this video, my husband wasn’t particularly interested in learning to sign, but thanks partly to Anthony Natale’s easygoing and lighthearted style, he’s now hooked! We both highly recommend it. We have seen several other ASL videos and DVDs, but this is the one we both found to be most helpful and most entertaining. What we like most about it is that Anthony signs while speaking, which may not be strictly ASL, but sure is practical for beginners who are hearing persons likes ourselves. This was precisely what we needed to get over the initial learning hump! The signs alone without speech (as on some other ASL videos) would have been too confusing to us. After watching this video several times, we feel greatly encouraged by our progress, and now we are less dependent on the speaking part but we still find it helpful for practice and review.
You can only take so much text, flash cards, and study … then you need to see it in action. part of the learning process is not just learning the signs, but being able to read them when someone else uses them. Looking for perfect? Language is not perfect. This is a great primer as it also gets you exposed to someone who has had to learn speach without the aid of hearing. this is a great DVD,
It’s a really good movie for most of the basics and important things in sign language. It’s fun to watch, you should watch it over and over and that’s how you learn. It also teaches you a little about deaf culture which is also important, not only knowing how to sign, but knowing about deaf people. I give it two thumbs up!
I really enjoyed viewing the DVD and find it is a good start for a beginner. The lessons progress in a logical manner and the ASL Alphabet is presented very well. If you do not learn the first time around, you can select the portion of the DVD to review over and over. Once you progress in ASL, the DVD becomes less useful, but still entertaining and helpful in understanding the Deaf culture.
